How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed in 2-5 business days and shipped right after. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on it's way.  NOTE:  Timeframes can vary depending on the season, product availability, and order size.

How are my items produced and why do some orders ship separately?
All orders are made-to-order and shipped directly from our production partners.  This ensures fresh quality, responsible production, and a smooth delivery process.  Because different products may be created in different facilities (for the BEST quality!), items in the same order can ship separately with their own tracking.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email link to follow your package's journey.

Can I make changes to my order once its placed?
Yes, changes can be made, but depends  on where your order is in the process.  If it hasn't been sent to "production" yet, we can usually make updates.  Just reach out to us as soon as possible at [email protected].

What is your return or exchange policy?
Because each order is made to order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges. If your package is returned to us or lost in transit due to invalid address, we can issue a refund for the product price only.

My item arrived damaged~what should I do?
First, we're so sorry to hear this!  If your item arrives damaged or there is a printing issue, follow this quick steps so we can make it right:
  1. Email us at orders@popinkstudios within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID (number) in the message.
  3. Attach a photo of the damaged item or issue.
Once we receive your details, we'll review your claim and offer you a free replacement or a refund.

Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
Yes!  Many of our products can be personalized~just add your details in the NOTES section at checkout.  We enter your design manually and we will email the final look for your approval before sending to  production.

Yes, we ship internationally with delivery times 10-30 days business days.  Cost vary based on product and destination.
