⏳ Order Processing Time

Each order is carefully made just for you through our trusted third-party print-on-demand partners.

• Custom Production: Every item is custom-printed upon order—no pre-made stock.
• Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–7 business days to process before shipping.
• Possible Delays: Additional time may be required for
  • Stock availability or restocking,
  • Quality assurance checks, or
  • Large orders of 12 items or more.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.

📦 Shipping Times

• Standard U.S. shipping: 2–5 business days (after processing).
• Economy U.S. shipping: 4–8 business days (after processing).
• Express Delivery is available only for certain products at an additional cost.
• Please note: delivery times may vary during holidays or sales events.

💲 Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.
• Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions—keep an eye out!

🌍 International Shipping

• Yes! We ship worldwide.
• Shipping times vary depending on the destination (usually 10–30 business days).
• Customers are responsible for any additional customs or import fees.

🛂 Customs Fees & Import Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees set by your country.
• These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient.

❌ Lost or Returned Orders

• If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or delivery provider first.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
• We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
