π Returns & Issues Policy
At popINK Studios, each tote, tee, and gift is made-to-order just for you using a third party POD (print-on-demand) company. Because every item is unique and produced only after an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
π Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
- If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery using our βSubmit Issueβ form.
- Provide a clear photo showing the problem. No need to return the damaged product.
- If the issue affects multiple items with the same design, please include an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for verification.
β Resolution Options
Once your issue is confirmed, we will provide:
- A free reprint of the affected item(s), or
- A full refund to your original payment method
- Refunds or reprints will be processed promptly after verification.
β οΈ Important Notes & Exceptions
- popINK Studios will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.
- In case of an unsuccessful delivery (wrong address, unclaimed package, etc.), you may choose:
- A reprint (with an additional shipping charge), or
- A partial refund
- For DTG (direct-to-garment) products, a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement is normal. Minor variations in print placement will not be considered defects.
